Pirate Scotland x Reader- Ch.12
One of Evans' crewmates grabbed you roughly by your shirt to pick you up, heading towards the plank that connected the two ships. You were still dazed from the hit and did your best to focus on your surroundings. Ross then came and charged right into the man who held you by the arm, making him let go of you and fall. "Ya' alright there now, lass?" He asked, giving the other man a swift kick to his side. You blinked a few times to get focused on everything and looked up at Ross.

"Y-yea…I think I'll be alright…" You rubbed your cheek, still feeling the tingling of the slap. "Where is the captain?" You looked around then saw the two captains in battle of the swords, not giving glance to the nearby crewmen of both ships.

Ross shook his head, "It's a 50/50 chance for both of them but Evans 'as more experience with that cutlass then the capt'n does. I'm not likin' 'ow this is turnin' out." He pulled you out of the way as the two men were getting closer to you, locked in combat.

"We've got to help him…" You looked around to see what can be useful, and then looked at the ropes dangling above you. "Hmm..."___, you're bloody stupid for this but its better this than anything!You darted away from Ross, ignoring his yelling at you, and began to climb up to the crow's nest.

Evans swung first at the Scotsman, using full force, with pure hatred in his eyes. Allistor ducked down and kicked at Evans' legs, making him stumble a bit. Evans managed to stay on his feet then he faked a swing at Allistor and when the red haired man swung, Evans ducked and slammed hard into his stomach. "Gah!" Allistor hit one of the poles and gripped his stomach; he glared up at a chuckling Evans. "Pathetic, I thought you were better than this. Tell me, did that wench of yours make you soft?"

The red haired captain spat out some blood and smirked, "Yer just jealous because no lass will look at yer ugly mug!" He grunted in pain a bit, "Oh and that 'wench' 'as a name and she doesn't take lightly t' name callin'." Evans growled as Allistor laughed and got back to his feet, gripping his cutlass and wincing a bit from the pain. "Keep your filthy trap shut Kirkland!" The other captain growled and attacked the Scotsman again with full force. This time he was heading straight for Allistor's neck. You stopped for second to look down at everyone fighting down below.

"This is getting WAY out of hand..." You sighed, and then yelped when a bullet hit a nearby pole. You looked down again and saw that some of the men from the other crew were starting to climb up towards you. With a small flip, you managed to get into the crow's nest then grabbed the rope tied to it.

The first man closer to you yelled at you,"Come 'ere,girlie! We won't bite much!"They laughed and you just rolled your eyes.

"Ugh!"With a roll of your eyes, you ignored them then pulled out a small dagger from your boot and began to cute the rope.Once it was cut, you looked at Allistor and Evans and timed it. Then you stood on the edge of the crow's nest then looked around,"I really am crazy...!"

"What is she thinkin'?" A second man called out."I think she's gonna jump!"

The first man scrunched his eyebrows,"What the ell?"

You smirked then jumped."Wooooooooo!" You glided down,aiming for your target.Then in the heat of the battle between Allistor and Evans, you kicked Evans hard in the side,making him trip and falling down.You were able to knock him out and saved anyone the trouble of doing it.Your body felt energized from the adrenaline rush,and you smiled through huffing and puffing.

You looked up at Allistor,who gave you a surprised look on his face."Wipe that look of your face,captain, you look like a fool."You smiled up at him and he shook his head."___,yer the bloody fool 'ere!" Then he returned the smile, laughing and wincing from pain."Oi! Finish with all this mess!I'm tired of lookin' at it!" He yelled at the rest of the crew then helped you to your feet.

"Thank you." You replied, now realizing that you're shaking.

Allistor patted your head,"___,what in the 'ell made ya do that?"

You gave him a cheeky smile,"I..I don't know!I just wanted to help instead of stand there and I guess that was the first thing th-that came to mind,hehe." You started to blush a bit from embarrassment,not liking the way you were stuttering.

"Well, as crazy as it was,I'm glad ya' thought of it just in time."The red haired man smiled as he lit a fresh cigar in his mouth.

You felt proud of yourself for what you did, and you held you head up high to show it.Then you followed him around as he barked commands at the crew and insults at the opposing crew.Now,to get information about my brother...

That night,you spent cleaning up everyone's wounds and making sure nothing was majorly damaged.Allistor got by with a large bruise across his stomach and a small cut on his cheek, making you a bit worried. You headed into his office when you were done and saw him laying out on the small couch."Are you alright,Allistor?"

He looked at you and smiled,"A bit of pain 'ere and there but I'll be fine,___."He moved to a sitting position and patted the empty spot next to him.You sat down and leaned on him,"What's going to happen now?"You asked, looking up at him."Well,ya said ya wanted t' know more about yer brother right? Well, we got Evans locked up down below till mornin' and we're goin' t' question 'him."

"Then what?"

"We'll just 'ave t' wait an' see,love."He kissed your forehead and hugged you to reassure you that everything was going to be fine.His warmth was comfortable and you began to snuggle closer to him,"You better be right or I'll be the one to have your bloody head" Allistor laughed and held you,"Now, Miss __, now you're sounding like a real pirate."
